Contact code is the referce number used by MyNIC/.MY Domain Registy to track which domain you have access to. You can only get the code when you have a domain registered under your name as Administrative Contact, Technical Contact or Billing Contact. To retrieve your Contact Code, use the following steps:
- Go to domain registry whois page.
- Enter your domain name in the field without domain extension (.com.my/.net.my/org.my/.my and etc).
- Click Submit.
- Check if your name is listed in which section.
- On the section that has your name will show your code in red at the top of the section.
