If you would like to purchase domain from us or transfer your hosting account with us. You will need to change your invoicing party. Doing so will allow us to renew your domain if not you will have to renew your domain with previous hosting company.
To change your invoicing party, use the following steps:
- Go to .MY Domain Registry system page
- Login with your username and password
- Key in your Contact Code
- Once logged in, below the .MY Domain registry log; hover over "domain name" and click on "modify domain"
- Key in your domain name without extensions (.com.my/.net.my/.org.my and etc)
- Tick on your domain extension
- Click search button on right side of the page.
- Tick on "Appoint a new invoicing party"
- Look for "Nocser Technology" under the reseller box and click. (Our domain partner)
- Click modify at the bottom of the page.
- Once done, it say "Your application to modify a domain name(s) record has been successfully modified" just below the navigation bar with Home, domain name, billing.
